Glamp
Hidden CBD Bars

Melbourne CBD, 3000

Situated on Little Collins Street, alongside its sister venue polēpolē (which serves mouth-watering African inspired food), Glamp, a funky African bar, stands!

The venue is a sight that needs to be seen to be believed. Climb the stairs from the downstairs bar and kitchen, and you’ll be greeted by the life-size rhino, Heavyweight, before discovering an incredible bar inside a draped canvas tent.

Decked out with East African inspired textiles, cute petite tables, traditionally woven baskets, and splashes of colour, the Melbourne CBD feels like an oasis within the city’s buzzing centre – it’s all too easy to believe you might just be on a far-flung holiday rather than stopping by for a quick drink after work.

When it comes to cocktails, you’re in good hands. Glamp’s Ben Hehir trained under Dick Bradsell, the legend who invented the Espresso Martini, part of the reason why the extensive coffee cocktail list is tops. You’ll find hints of exotic animals too, including the Ha-Ha-Hyena Margarita (a watermelon and basil twist on the margarita), and individually bottled fizzy pops – house carbonated cocktails that really pack a punch! And before 8pm everyday you’ll find Glamp serving some incredible cocktails for only $10.

The food menu is short and sweet—think cheeseboards, charcuterie, and delicious savoury ‘cigars’ which playfully combine ingredients such as lamb served with pomegranate molasses that come with dipping salt ‘ash’.

Glamp is available for private functions & venue hire
