The Gov’s Front Bar is one of the friendliest bars we know. Drop in for a quick knock off drink, grab a bar meal or check out the next big thing in the local music scene on the stage.

They have been long-time supporters of all forms of music and offer jam sessions Monday – Friday evenings. So dust off that instrument, loosen those vocal chords and join in the fun!

The Gov wants to be your new local, and stay true to this by offering local beers, ciders and wines. They have all your favourites covered plus some crafty little numbers that might become your new favourite.

There are plenty of spots around The Gov to settle in for a drink or a meal. The Saloon Bar is right in the heart of the action and the Beer Garden is bathed in sunshine during the day for a bevvy in the fresh air.
