Batman Royale is a multi-space venue with the capacity to cater to a range of needs including private, corporate, and production. Located in Coburg, the function spaces boast versatility, innovation, and originality by design. Batman Royale also offer creative and dynamic venue solutions which include food, beverage and event management options.

Colonel Room

The Colonel is a unique combination of warehouse features, crisp white, and bright light. Two storey windows, super high glass ceilings, polished concrete; the Colonel is a fresh take on the industrial fit out. Entirely multi-functional, the space is ideal for everything from wedding, to corporate, to production.

Admiral Room

The Admiral is a purpose built function space suited for intimate dinners, weddings, corporate events, presentations, and parties. Timber floors, high ceilings, and a combination of glass, iron, panelling, and dimmed lighting give the Admiral a perfectly chic industrial vibe.

Lieutenant

The Lieutenant is the epitome of warehouse conversions. Original features, polished concrete floors, panelled timber walls, high ceilings, with low-hanging, linear fluorescent lights; the Lieutenant room is a space to play in. Great for production, large scale events, and festivals.

Social Yard

The Social Yard is a sprawling open space set behind the warehouses. Decking, garden, and verandas, this is a space where your imagination can take over. Great for festivals and food trucks.

Captain’s Yard

The Captain’s Yard is set between the warehouses at the Gaffney Street entrance. Use the undercover bar and garden for an intimate gathering, or extend into the hall for larger parties and festivals.

Hangar

The Hangar is the latest converted warehouse that is exceptional and unique venue space in the market.  The soaring 12 metre ceiling provides continuous and uninterrupted space across 920 sqm of floor area. The breadth and flexibility of the space mean clients can operate and achieve industry-leading results that are rarely accessible in Australia.

The space is perfectly suited for a film studio, events, conferences, brand activations and sporting events. Particularly when complimented with our Colonel Room (600sqm) where immediate adjoining access is available.

The space can be configured in a variety of ways to support a multitude of creative events. The Colonel Room next door can easily act as a Foyer into the space and features break out rooms that can be used for storage and dressing rooms.
