St Francis Winery Resort is a 41-suite property situated on 5 acres in Old Reynella overlooking Lake Carew Reynell and built around the circa 1852 winery building. This historic building is now widely used as a conference venue for corporate business from all around Australia and as one of South Australia's premier wedding venues.

Just a short journey from the city to Adelaide's south and the gateway to the McLaren Vale Wine region, St Francis Winery is picturesque function venue which offers accommodation, gaming room (18+), a heated indoor swimming pool, conference, convention, celebration, wedding facilities and Walters Restaurant.

Functions

St Francis Winery can cater to functions from as little as 5 people to as many as 200 indoors with the option to increase with the use of marquees outside. With 6 function spaces to choose from, St Francis regularly host weddings, engagement parties, birthday parties, celebrations, conferences and seminars.

Main Vines Room

The Main Vines room is the largest function facility and includes an undercover outdoor area & private bar. Main Vines can hold up to 200 people for a cocktail style function, 100 people for a sit down dining event which can expand to 130 people when used in conjunction with Cellar Door. This room has a very rustic feel and features a beautiful wooden wheel on the ceiling as well as a large bar and private toilets.

Governor Phillips Room

This room can hold up to 120 people cocktail style and up to 80 for sit down function. The Governor Phillips Room is situated in the middle of the function centre, and features exposed beams, a giant wine barrel, a private bar and toilets.

Lakeview Room

The Lakeview Room is at the rear of the function centre and directly overlooks the picturesque gardens and lake. This room is perfect for small meetings, conferences and events of up to 30 people.

Cellar Door

The Cellar Door is perfect to use in conjunction with our Main Vines room and it has a large dance floor. The room can hold up to 40 people and is perfect for smaller functions used on it’s own.

Walter’s Restaurant

For functions such as birthday’s, family events or social gathering where guests require a sit-down style of event, Walter's Restaurant is perfect can hold up to 50 people.
