Welcome To Thornbury is Melbourne’s first, and only, food truck canteen and bar. Found right in the heart of Northcote on High Street, it is an icon of the area. With humble beginnings as a car manufacturing plant for most of the 20^th century, it has blossomed into a bustling dining venue and Melbourne’s second biggest beer garden.

The beer garden is expansive and is licenced for up to 700 people, so ample seating is provided. Undercover and wind-proof areas and outdoor heaters are utilised to keep the masses warm in the cooler months. Dogs are also warmly welcomed to the outdoor areas of Welcome To Thornbury, just keep them leashed to ensure the safety of your dog and other patrons.
