Historic venues & established gardens create the perfect contrast of urban & natural elements making Perth City Farm a magical setting for next event! Perth City Farm is a not-for-profit community organisation and unique urban sanctuary situated in East Perth.

We have 2 stunning venues available for hire for almost every type of event!

The Barn

With its whitewashed walls, terracotta flooring and steel beams, this function space can be dressed up or down to suit whatever style event you are after. The building opens up opens onto a large courtyard surrounded by lush gardens to allow you both an indoor and outdoor setting for your event. Hire of this space includes the hire of a commercial kitchen. The space is huge and holds up to 220 people as is, but cocktail style.

 

The Art Room

Is an industrial-style warehouse that's perfect for small workshops and conferences.... or huge parties, weddings and launches! The room fits 150 people seated or 200 standing and has access to an adjoining small courtyard that overlooks our nursery and fruit garden. The space has beautiful natural lighting, white-washed walls, industrial grey flooring, high ceilings and exposed metal beams.. creating a perfect blank canvas for any event.

At Perth City Farm, YOU create the event YOU want... you have complete freedom! However, the experienced team also have plenty of suggestions for local vendors and suppliers if you need a bit of help.

The venues:

- are COMPLETELY BYO (this means food, drink, furniture, lighting)... no minimum spend!

- are accessible to all public transport and has ample parking close by.

- have a curfew of 2am!

They even offer a 3-day package for bigger events and weddings; giving you a full day for bump-in, your event day and the morning after for bump-out.

There are also two kitchens available for hire;

- The Community Room works perfectly for cooking classes or any kind of workshop. The space fits 30 people and has tables and chairs available

- Our Commercial Kitchen is of 'high risk' classification; perfect for food prep & production, or more intimate cooking classes.
