With a magical mixture of urban & natural elements, this historic venue and established community gardens makes Perth City Farm the perfect setting for your next event! This is a non-for-profit community organisation and urban sanctuary right in the heart of East Perth.

There are 2 amazing venues available for hire which caters for almost every type of event.

 

The Barn

This flexible function space can be styles to suit any event. The building opens its doors onto a large courtyard to let lots of natural light in. The beautiful gardens surrounding allow you to cater for both indoor and outdoor settings. The barn, with its whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and steel beams is the perfect blank canvas space. Hire of this space includes the hire of a commercial kitchen. The space is huge and holds up to 220 people as is, but cocktail style.

 

The Art Room

This industrial warehouse is perfect for all sized events. From small conferences and workshops - to huge parties, weddings and product launches. The room is spacious with lots of natural light, whitewashed walls, grey flooring, high ceilings and exposed beams, and allows access to an adjoining courtyard that overlooks the nursery and garden. This space can fit 150 seated or 200 standing.

Perth City Farm will work with you to create the event that you want. The experienced team are always happy to help with any suggestions if need be, from local vendors and suppliers, or any other queries you may have.

The venues:

- are accessible to all public transport and has ample parking close by.

- are COMPLETELY BYO (food, drink, furniture, lighting) with no minimum spend!

The team can offer a 3-day package for bigger events and weddings; giving you a full day for bump-in, your event day and the morning after for bump-out.

- have a curfew of 2am!

Two kitchens are also available for hire;

- Our Commercial Kitchen is of 'high risk' classification; perfect for food prep & production, or more intimate cooking classes.

- The Community Room works perfectly for cooking classes or any kind of workshop. The space fits 30 people and has tables and chairs available.
