The award winning executive Chef Joshua Askew, highlights his food philosophy of sustainable and seasonal ingredients. Askew is the Australian ambassador for the sustainable Ora King Salman which is showcased through their menus.

A dining area with existing seating for 52 people, serving a menu revolving around modern bistro concepts with seasonal, locally grown and sourced produce combined in imaginative ways. Innovative shared plates are designed to bring people together and promote conversation.

A spacious lower bar boasts a selection of boutique wines, craft beer and signature cocktails; all crying out to be paired with their seasonal bar bites and share platters. Take advantage of the daily competitive happy hour from 4pm – 7pm.
