The bistro beverage list takes a hint of the bar’s cocktail flair and adds to it an extensive wine list that showcases some of their local gems to complement the menu. The menu itself is a seasonal reflection of head chef Daniel Serafin’s inspiration, whilst incorporating hotel classics.

The chargrill and charcoal rotisserie allow the chefs to experiment by grilling over different types of woods and charcoal to capture varying flavours. The charcoal rotisserie along with their fresh house made pasta and their southern fried chicken are all renowned in the Fleurieu Peninsula as ‘must haves’ when dining at The Beach. The ever-changing Chef’s specials and “feed me menu” allow their chef’s to continuously be inspired and creative whilst providing innovative, fresh new options for loyal locals and tourists alike.
