Housing nine elegant and sprawling venues, designed with flexibility in mind, this stunning venue can host extravagant celebrations for up to 500 guests in the pillarless Ballroom, to intimate gatherings with your loved ones. They have the perfect space for your next celebration.

The dedicated Events team can provide you with tailor made packages to suit a range of budgets and event requirements, this includes menus, theming and audio-visual.

The in-house Executive Chefs will use their experience and passion for food to create a delicious menu for your and your guests.

Tailoring bespoke events to suit your unique needs; the team at InterContinental Adelaide can create an array of culinary marvels with menus that will help elevate your function. Choose from cocktail canapes and set menus to traditional banquets, the culinary team bring signature dining experiences to any event.

 

Pre-Function Area

Found in the Lower Lobby of the five-star hotel, this stunning space will allow your guests to gather and mingle at the base of the impressive marble staircase.

 

The Ballroom

The spectacular, pillar-less Ballroom is the height of sophistication and style. Featuring stunning marble flooring, this impressive space offers unlimited styling possibilities. On offer is flexible seating arrangements accommodating up to 394 guests for a seated dinner, or 500 for a cocktail style event. The space offers five large screens, plus plasma screens as well as audio sound and a dedicated onsite Audio Visual specialist, to take care of dancing and speeches.

 

Banksia 1, 2 and Banksia Terrace

Watch the room come to life as your style fuses with these superb spaces. Featuring floor to ceiling windows, as well as a private use outdoor terrace area. When set up in Banquet Style, the Banksia Room can seat up to 110 guests.

 

Grevillea 1 and 2

The perfect setting for a private and intimate event. This space is ideal for smaller events and meetings. When set up in Banquet Style, the Grevillea Room can seat up to 60 guests.

 

Acacia

This classic boardroom is the perfect place to meet with your colleagues or impress an important client or guest. Acacia seats up to 16 people in supremely comfortable leather chairs and is fully equipped with a polished boardroom table and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology.
