The Iconic Fox Hotel has fast become Brisbane’s most unique function venue with many private rooms creatively-themed throughout the 4 levels including the gorgeous Dandy’s Rooftop which has some of the best views you will find looking on to the Brisbane CBD. Beaming with coloured lights, the rooftop can be hired exclusively with the option to have between 50-360 people with private bars, bathrooms, AV, as well as the gorgeous views and licensed till 2am.

Canvas Room

Moving down one level to the Canvas Room, our white-finish room covered in fairy lights will make you feel like you are partying under the stars. The warehouse feel room caters for 30-100 people with private bar, AV as well as the option to have a DJ or play your own music to keep you dancing all night long.

Veranda Room

Down again to level 1, our most popular function spaces. We have the famous Veranda Room which is themed perfectly for a festive and colourful event. Covered in palm tree wallpaper and cane furniture sets with mini balconies, you will be sure to please with this unique function room.

Inclusive of AV, private bar, private bathroom as well as the option to play your own music or have a DJ, this is the perfect room for your social or corporate event for 20-80 people

Arcadia Room

Also located on this level is our largest room, the Acadia Room.
Perfect for your corporate event, conference, engagement party, 21^st Birthday or a trivia night, the Acadia Room is best suited for 60-150 people and includes private bar, dance floor, private bathrooms, AV as well as the option to play your own music or to have a DJ.

Classy finishes with dim lighting and classic touches of elegance throughout the room, you will not need to do much at all to ensure your guests are impressed by this exquisite room.

The Boudoir Room

Our two smaller rooms in the venue, the Boudoir Room and the Collector’s Room are located on level 1 also. The Boudoir Room is themed to perfectly for Hens parties and smaller intimate functions, catering for up to 25 people, the dark blue room with gold trim furnishings, vintage pop-up bar, dim lighting, private bathroom, TV, elegant artwork and the option to play your own music, the Boudoir Room will be the perfect room for your intimate event.

Our Collector’s Room is an excellent choice for your boardroom meeting or luncheon, catering for up to 16 people sit down this room will be great for a smaller, private event.

Side Bar

On to the ground floor, we have the social Side Bar which is a great function area for something a little more casual. Detached from the main bar, you will find this private room with a private outdoor area, private bar, AV as well as the option to play your own music or to have a DJ.
It is an excellent spot for all-ages Birthday events, after work corporate functions, social networking night or a fun trivia event. The Side Bar caters for 40-110 people best.

Atrium Bar

Also found on the ground floor is the Atrium Bar. This sectioned-off area is also a wonderful casual spot, perfect for the after-work crowd for some drinks and platters who would love a good mix between privacy but also a great atmosphere from the main area with music and socialising who are not too fussed about holding formal speeches or presentations. This area is great for 20-45 people
