Glasshaus Venues are one of Melbourne’s hidden gems providing the perfect backdrop for your next event.

Glasshaus Inside in Cremorne is where industrial chic meets botanical splendour, with plants draping off the walls in a modern take on the Gardens of Babylon. Impeccably styled 1920s dated warehouse, showered in natural light.

A space for any occasion.


  • Venue hire: $2,950 (Sun - Thur), $3,600 (Fri), $4,500 (Sat). Access to set up at 3:30pm; functions from 5:30 to midnight.

  • Available 7 days.

  • Accommodates up to 88 people for sit-down dinners and up to 125 people for cocktail parties.

  • Bring in your own caterers, alcohol and furniture, or choose one of our all-inclusive packages.

  • An event manager and security staff will be present to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • A dedicated catering space. There is a commercial sink, hot and cold running water, and single and three phase power outlets.

  • Some on-site trestle tables available free of charge. Large rustic table, usually used as the bar.

  • Equipped with in-house audio system.

  • Three toilets, including wheelchair access.

Glasshaus Outside is an inner-city green sanctuary situated in the heart of Richmond, just 10 minutes from Melbourne's CBD, and is the sister venue to the popular Glasshaus Inside. A plant nursery transformed into a design hub and a charming space ideal for day-time celebrations such as wedding ceremonies, breakfast, lunch or afternoon parties for private and corporate clients, product launches and as a photoshoot location.

Venue hire prices start from $1,950 for a 4.5-hour event, and from $1,500 for a ceremony.

The venue is available for hire 7 days a week and can accommodate 60 people for a sit-down function and up to 95 for a cocktail style event.

With few indoor and outdoor areas, the space features impressive green vertical walls ideal as a backdrop for photo opportunities, a romantic glasshouse setting, and large outdoor area which is under cover and perfect for all weather conditions. Basic heating and cooling is provided. Quiet background music is acceptable for the space and events at the space may run until early evening and no later than 6.30pm.
