This modern, blank canvas, industrial space is found in the heart of Collingwood. Rokeby100's space is flexible and lends itself to an array of options for any type of function. The warehouse offers lots of natural light from the high ceiling roof, and the full container roller door access allows easy access and helps to open the space up, should your function desire. This feature also aids in unloading and set up, and can also allow the use of vehicles to be displayed within the space. Also on offer is an internal PA system, where you can plug any device into the mixer and enjoy through 4 large speakers.

Rokeby100 is suitable for any time of event. The venue can hold a maximum of 200 guests standing and 100 for seated functions. The inside if suitable for 120 guests cocktail and 80 seated. The grass turfed space is suitable for 80 pax standing and 20 pax seated.

There is no venue hire fee!

All events are based on a minimum spend across food and drink packages. The team can handle all of this for you, to ensure your event runs effortlessly. Even though the venue is a great blank canvas space, it's also fitted out with everything you may need for your function, and this is all included within the minimum spend.
