The Velvet Lounge


The Velvet Lounge is located in the basement of the Beauchamp Hotel and has a luxurious underground private bar feel.

The walls are a combination of the original 120 year old sandstone complimented by the warm hues of the specially commissioned wallpapers by Clarence House of New York and red velvet banquette style seating.

The bar features an excellent top shelf selection and a Premium Bose sound system producing rich and clear tones for background music as well as DJs pumping out their tunes to a dance crowd.
This exclusive bar is only available for private bookings and can trade until 3 am on weekends.

The space is ideal for corporate events, Xmas, cocktail and birthday parties and even upmarket dinner parties, engagement parties or as a post wedding nightclub, and can accommodate DJs or live bands, with no noise restrictions applicable.

There is a smoking area located up one flight of stairs, just within four metres of the front entrance of the hotel.

The Terrace Rooftop Bar


The Terrace Rooftop Bar has a combination of indoor areas with lounges, a pool table and an adjoining large outdoor garden area where guests can smoke. For events, we can provide an extensive finger food menu or there is an a la carte menu available for diners. The bar is suitable for private events up or areas can be reserved for small and large groups. DJs are allowed.
