Mille Vini, meaning a thousand wines in Italian, is one of Sydney’s most loved wine bar and restaurant having opened in 2005 and changing management in 2015. Recognised as one of Sydney's most intimate venues, Mille Vini is nestled in an 1853 heritage-listed stonemason’s workshop on busy Crown Street. Available for lunch, dinner, events & catering, Mille Vini celebrates the romance and soul of the finest ingredients on the plate and in the bottle.

Their philosophy is that food and wine is to be enjoyed, shared with friends and loved ones (or potential future loved ones). Let them take you on a journey of indulgence, guided by their personable team for a culinary adventure you won’t forget.

Mille Vini offers a range of dining experiences whether it is a casual glass of wine and some antipasti on the bench seats overlooking Crown St, or a table for an intimate dining experience on the lounges. Chef Kristin Lynch has designed a menu that is meant for sharing, allowing everyone to get a taste of all the incredible flavours using only the fresh seasonal produce. A five course tasting menu is also available if you want to sample the best the menu has to offer. The tasting menu also offers matched wines for each course so you can get the ultimate experience in food and wine pairing.
