Soultrap bar is renown for its take on classic cocktails! Whether it's a ‘Negroni, ‘Martini’ or perhaps the traditional ‘Manhattan’ your craving, our classic cocktails are anywhere from a few years to decades old.

Highlights include the Spouse’s Sour, a floral mix of gin, Aperol, orgeat and lemon, and the Soultrap Highball, a blend of Floc de Gascogne (a Mistelle from south-west France), whisky, house-made apple shrub, lemon and ginger beer. Or perhaps their ravishing take on a Mary Pickford, the 'Soultrap Show Girl' cocktail overflown with Persian fairy floss.
